Substral Celaflor Snail Bait Limex has an excellent attraction effect on snails. It does not harm hedgehogs or birds

or other beneficial organisms. This ready-to-use bait is small-grained and therefore particularly economical. It can be evenly

and easily distributed. Effective against slugs on cabbage vegetables such as savoy cabbage, red cabbage, white cabbage, on lettuce and strawberries in

the open field and against slugs on ornamental plants in the open field and in the greenhouse. Substral Celaflor Snail Bait Limex does not mold

and is therefore also well usable in damp places.

Instructions for Use

Important for correct application: Substral Celaflor Snail Bait Limex® Metaldehyde works both on contact and when ingested by snails.
It paralyzes them very quickly, and they die from dehydration. Since slugs are mainly nocturnal, it is advisable to spread the snail bait in the evening.
The snail bait contains a bitter substance as a repellent. The blue coloring of the snail bait reduces the risk of accidental ingestion by wildlife.
Substral Celaflor Snail Bait Limex® does not mold and is therefore also well usable in damp places.
Application: Max. 5 applications at intervals of at least 5 days per crop or per year. The product is toxic to vineyard snails.
If vineyard snails (Helix pomatia and Helix aspersa) are present, the product must not be used. Use by non-professional users is permitted.
Application areas and conditions set by the approval authority: Application rate: 0.5 g/m² (equivalent to approx. 30 grains per m²)

Crop stage: Potato: Until leaves and stems have died, stems bleached and dry. Turnips, beets, leguminous vegetables, sweet corn: Until the 5th leaf or leaf pair or leaf whorl is unfolded.
Cauliflower, head cabbages, broccoli, lettuce types, spinach, fresh herbs: Until the leaf sheath of the flag leaf extends. Berry fruits, strawberries, vines: Until the end of flowering.
Ornamental plants, cut flowers: Until harvestable (stage for post-harvest treatments, e.g., storage protection, except seed treatment = 00)

road drains.) Only dispose of packaging completely emptied in the recycling collection. Dispose of contents and container with any remaining

product residues at collection points for household chemicals. Special notes: The product is toxic to pets. Keep pets away. Do not lay out in piles. Sweep up and remove spilled granules immediately. Apply only in inhabited areas if pets can be kept away. Do not feed harvest/grass clippings from the treatment year. The

application of the product in or directly at surface waters or coastal waters is not permitted (§12 paragraph 2 PflSchG).

Regardless, the minimum distance to surface waters prescribed by state law must be observed.

Violations can be punished with a fine of up to 50,000 euros. Storage: Store in the

original packaging, dry, frost-free, and not above 35° C. Protect from moisture. Store separately from food, beverages, and

animal feed. The product is not odor-neutral. Since the application of the product is outside our control, we assume

clothing contaminated with the product. Rinse skin with plenty of water after contact. Rinse eyes for several minutes with open eyelid under running water after eye contact. Rinse mouth and drink plenty of water after swallowing. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
