Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you: the full price if the fault lies with us, or the cost of the goods WITHOUT the shipping costs in case of revocation at your request (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), and this will be done immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to revoke this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-shippable goods as well as the direct costs of returning non-parcel-shippable goods. The costs for non-parcel-shippable goods are estimated at a maximum of approximately 40.00 EUR.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer's individual selection or specification is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, these were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning parcel-postable goods. You will bear the direct cost of returning non-parcel-postable goods in the amount of 79 EUR.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, these were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
