Connection Type
The gutters are connected to the pipe fittings using a snap connection.
The connection is sealed with a rubber profile located in the groove of a pipe fitting.
This type of connection allows for easy installation and ensures the required
tightness. The connection of the downpipes with the pipe fittings is done with the connection
sleeves without a seal. These types of connections allow for thermal length changes
of the gutter system parts to be compensated.
Please Note During Installation!
The PVC and steel holders are mounted directly on the roof battens or rafters.
The holder spacing should be 40-50cm. For proper water drainage, the
gutter should have a slope of 2mm per 1m towards the outlet.
Cutting the Gutters and Downpipes
Cut the gutter or downpipe to the correct length with a fine-toothed saw at a right angle.
Gutter Installation in Holders and Installation of Outlets and Parts
The installation in the PVC and metal holders begins with placing the
gutter bead into the front nose of the holder, then pressing the inner part of the gutter
under the rear nose.
Corner piece, outlet, and gutter connector are mounted by sliding
onto the front bead of the gutter and then snapping into the rear gutter bead.
When connecting, pay attention to the correct position of seals in outlets, connectors,
and corner pieces, as well as to the limiters on the inner surface of these parts.
It is recommended to install additional gutter holders at the gutter connectors, outlets, and
corner pieces.
