Connection Type
The gutters are connected to the pipe fittings by a locking connection.
The connection is sealed with a rubber profile located in the groove of a pipe fitting.
This connection type allows for easy installation and ensures the required
tightness. The connection of the downpipes with the pipe fittings is done with connection
sockets without a gasket. These connection types allow for thermal
length changes of the gutter system parts to be compensated.
Please Note During Installation!
The PVC as well as steel holders are mounted directly to the roof battens or rafters.
The holder distance should be 40-50cm. For proper water drainage, the
gutter should have a slope of 2mm per 1m towards the connector piece.
Cutting the Gutters and Downpipes
Cut the gutter or downpipe to the correct length with a fine-tooth saw at a right angle.
Gutter Installation in the Holders and Installation of Connector Pieces and Parts
Installation in PVC and metal holders begins by inserting the
gutter's front hem into the holder's front nose, then snapping the inner part
of the gutter under the rear nose.
Corner piece, connector piece, and gutter connector are mounted by sliding
them onto the gutter's front hem and then snapping into the rear hem.
When connecting, be sure to check the correct position of the gaskets in the connector pieces,
and corner pieces as well as the stops on the inner surface of these parts.
It is recommended to install additional gutter holders at the gutter connectors, connector pieces, and
corner pieces.
