Info: Perennial rose plant with feathered leaves and delicate spice. Height 40 - 60 cm. Herb and young shoots can be harvested continuously. Use fresh or frozen for soups, sauces (green sauce), curd, and very good for salads. Do not cook. As a tea, it stimulates appetite. Digestive and blood-purifying effect.
Care: Sow 0.5 cm deep, press lightly, cover with soil and keep moist. Prick out if necessary and plant strong seedlings at a distance of 20x30 cm. Direct sowing in rows with 30 cm distance, later thin out. Loves sunny to semi-shady locations on all humus-rich soils, preferably dry, calcareous.
Tip: Cut back heavily in case of mildew infestation. Cutting back also promotes leaf growth.
