Info: Medium-late, high-yielding variety with dark green foliage and approximately 25 cm long stems that are smooth, green, and have an aromatic-mild taste. No tuber formation. Use stems as crunchy raw vegetables or cook as a delicious vegetable, use leaves as a seasoning herb. Appetite-stimulating and easily digestible.
Care: Press seeds lightly, cover with little or no soil (light germinator!) and keep moist at a minimum of 18°C. Prick out if necessary. Harden off strong plants in May - June and plant out flat with 40x40 cm spacing. Prefers protected, sunny-warm locations and humus-rich, sandy-loamy soils.
Tip: Pre-soaking in lukewarm water accelerates germination. Protect culture from cold to prevent bolting. Also thrives under glass or film.
Sowing: March - May indoors
Germination: 15 - 30 days at 18 - 22°C light germinator
Harvest: June - October
