Info: High-yield, up to 100 cm tall variety with firm, white flesh. Forms long, black taproots without branching. Cooked as a tasty vegetable and salad. Easily digestible and rich in vitamins. Very good storage capability until March.
Care: Sow as early as possible in frost-free soil or in August for overwintering, 2 - 3 cm deep with 30 cm row spacing. Place seeds flat, cover with soil and keep moist. Thin out strong plants to 5 - 10 cm spacing. Prefers sunny to semi-shaded locations and sandy-humic, deeply loosened soils, not freshly fertilized. Keep evenly moist.
