100 Threaded Tabs 1 mm Joint Width for KLASEBO Tile Leveling System
The Klasebo tile leveling system allows for easy and precise installation of tiles.
It consists of special threaded tabs and tension caps that keep the tiles at the same height and ensure perfect alignment.
The leveling system compensates for unevenness in the substrate, creating a flat surface.
This not only facilitates installation but also prevents cracks and gaps between the tiles.
Product Features:
- Practical leveling system for perfectly flat walls and floors
- Threaded tabs for tiles and slabs with a thickness of 1 mm to 17 mm
- Threaded tabs available for joint widths of 1 mm, 2 mm, or 3 mm
- The tension caps are reusable
- Easy to use
- No joint crosses necessary
- No protruding tile edges anymore
Application:
Select the corresponding threaded tab according to the desired joint width (1, 2, or 3 mm).
After the first tile is laid, the threaded tab is pushed under the tile, and the next tile is placed against the tab.
Now the tension caps are screwed onto the protruding threaded tabs. This simple process brings the slabs to a uniform height.
The tension tabs have a predetermined breaking point at the bottom. Once the tile adhesive has hardened, the protruding thread can be easily knocked off with a rubber mallet or stepped on with the foot. The tension tabs can be knocked off with or without a cap, although it is easier with a cap. The easiest way to remove the tabs is to knock them off in the direction of the joints. For sensitive natural stone, we recommend knocking off without a cap.
The tension caps can now be collected and reused for the next use.
Calculate Consumption:
How many tension caps and threaded tabs are needed per square meter laid?
With our consumption table, this is easy to read:
Simply find the number 60 in the vertical column A and the number 40 in the horizontal column (see yellow marking),
and you will see how many tabs and caps are needed per square meter laid.
Remember that the tension caps can be reused. Only the threaded tabs are a pure consumable item.
If part of the laid area has already hardened, you can reuse the tension caps for the area still to be laid.
Depending on the project, fewer tension caps than threaded tabs may be needed.
