Threaded Fitting Stainless Steel Elbow Union 90° 1 1/2" IG Type Conical
The elbow union is equipped with an internal thread on both sides. The connection sides are inclined at 90° to each other and are screwed together with a union nut. The connection sides can thus be separated from each other. The union nut allows easy processing of the elbow union on an existing pipe system, as the threaded sides can be screwed independently and then connected. Hemp or Teflon tape is suitable here. The thread is the common Whitworth pipe thread used in water technology. The external threads are conical.

Advantages of Stainless Steel Fittings:
All stainless steel fittings listed here are permanently corrosion-resistant and, unlike welded fittings or press fittings, can be detached again. The threads allow a seamless transition to other materials without the need for a transition fitting. The stainless steel unions do not require seals, making use up to 200 °C possible without any issues.
Thread Type:
The threads of all pipe unions are manufactured according to the common standards ISO 7-1/EN 10226-1 (internal and external threads) as well as ISO 228-1 (union nuts of the unions). The external threads are conical/tapered. The internal threads are parallel/cylindrical. All threads are standardly specified in inches. The threads are sealed with a suitable thread sealing material such as PTFE thread sealing tape or thread sealing hemp.
