The seeds are also rich in essential amino acids, fluoride, iron, copper, magnesium, and important vitamins (B vitamins as well as vitamins A and E).
Sunflower seeds are the ideal all-year-round food for all seed-eaters such as tits, finches, bullfinches, nuthatches, sparrows, and siskins.
