With our innovative grass gravel plates in various colors and strengths, you will find the right solution for every application! Prefer stable gravel or grass areas instead of concrete or paving. The open structure of these plates provides ideal conditions for grass growth. Side openings in the honeycomb pattern allow the grass to root extensively. Water simply seeps through, providing a more natural water and nutrient balance than sealed surfaces.

Our grass gravel plates can be used to reinforce driveways, parking lots, and other heavily used grass/gravel areas. Slopes can also be reinforced this way.

Made from already 100% recycled material that can be recycled again, our plates are completely environmentally neutral!

Processing:
 

1. Using the four ground spikes on the underside, the individual grass grids can be easily and stably fixed to the ground.
2. Easy connection of the grids through the side hook system.
3. The shape and size of the grass grids can be easily adjusted with standard jigsaws or angle grinders.
4. A stable, compacted, and water-permeable base structure (gravel or crushed stone mixture) is essential, as with other floor coverings.
5. The corresponding area must be excavated to a depth of about 30 to 40cm depending on the load and mechanically compacted.
6. After compaction, the area is filled with a gravel or crushed stone layer (15-30cm) and compacted again mechanically. This creates the base structure. 
7. For areas driven over by vehicles up to 3.5t, a leveled compensating sand layer of 5-7cm over fleece (100g/m²) should be applied.
8. With gravel or crushed stone filling, driving is immediately possible. With grass filling, the area can be driven over after about 6 weeks.
9. The grass grids are suitable for gravel or chippings fillings with a max. grain size of 20 mm and offer a cost-effective solution that also saves a lot of work.

The color tone does not adversely affect the quality and parameters of the product. Color changes during use are a natural process that products made from recycled material may undergo. These changes do not affect the quality of the goods in any way and are therefore not covered by the warranty.
