Basically, it is not possible to suck higher than the respective geodetic suction height, even with a lot of drive power.
The geodetic suction height is the height between the surface of the liquid and the center of the impeller/pump inlet in pumps.
Practically, it is only possible to achieve a maximum suction height of 7 to 7.50 m.
