Proven, early variety for cultivation under glass and foil and for outdoor cultivation for autumn harvest. Forms large, round, firm, white heads. Vitamin-rich vegetables with a high mineral content as a side dish or for salads. Suitable for freezing.
Care:
Sow 0.5-1 cm deep, press down, cover and keep moist. Plant out strong seedlings from the end of March at 50x50 cm protected. Plant deeper than they were before. Loves sunny to partially shaded locations and humus-rich, moist garden soil. Nutrient and water deficiency impedes head formation.
Tip:
By bending over some leaves, the flower remains white. Can be divided and blanched frozen or pickled with other vegetables.

February - April in the house, May - June outdoors

8 - 12 days at 12 - 25°C
