Expander rope 10 mm black PP coating
Monofilament core made of natural rubber with anti-UV protection agents
With this expander rope, tarpaulins, foils, covers, and nets can be tightened or fastened more easily overall.
By threading the rope through existing eyelets, for example, a tarpaulin can be evenly fixed all around.
Or for trailer nets to be equipped later with this flexible expander rope.
- Outer coating made of polypropylene
- High strength
- With anti-UV protection agents
Pictogram legend:
The UV resistance indicates the product's ability to withstand sunlight exposure.
Level 1 means low UV resistance. The product shows signs of aging after 1 to 3 outdoor seasons. Level 5 means very high UV resistance. Expected lifespan of several years, depending on sunlight exposure. Excessive stretching beyond the recommended stretch limits reduces the product's UV stability. Our products are tested under accelerated aging per ASTM standards.
The abrasion resistance indicates the product's resistance to wear.
Level 1 has low abrasion resistance. Only a few cycles can damage the product's surface.
Level 5 means very high abrasion resistance. Over 4000 cycles are possible before signs of damage appear.
ISO 12947-2 wear and abrasion test equipment.
User-friendliness: A product is easy to use if it offers comfort, flexibility,
smooth handling, and a clean cut.
Level 1: If the product requires more attention and manipulation.
Level 5: Knots are firm, easy to twist, fold, and cut.
The tensile strength is the force required to stretch the rubber.
Level 1: The product stretches with minimal effort.
Level 5: The highest elasticity modulus in our range - maximum tensile strength.
Performance results are based on our internal tensile testing equipment.
The breaking strength is measured at the product's weakest point.
Level 1: The force required to break is the lowest.
Level 5: The highest tensile breaking strength.
Based on our internal tensile testing equipment.
