Info: Also called Rapunzel or lamb's lettuce. Vigorous growing variety with rosette-shaped growth and large, long, broad, dark green leaves. The variety provides a high yield. For cultivation outdoors for harvest in autumn. Wintering is only recommended in climatically favorable areas.
Care: Sow 1 - 2 cm deep in rows with a distance of 20 cm, sow thinly, press down, cover and keep moist. Later thin out to 5 - 10 cm. Prefers a warm, sunny to semi-shady, sheltered location and fresh, nutrient-rich, even lime-containing soil.
Tip: Cut rosettes just above the ground. Prepare fresh and refine with lemon or other marinades, also with fried bacon cubes. Rich in vitamins.
